  • If your ticket is within the SLA: Please wait for an email update from the Elementa CFS Support team.

  • If your ticket is outside of the SLA: You can follow up by replying to the email or calling us at +612 4400 9888, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM AEST.
